1. Areas served

Delivery is currently only available in Canada, in the provinces of Quebec and Ontario.

2. Shipping costs

3. Delivery methods

  • Standard (rest of Canada): Delivery in 3 to 10 days*

4. Transporters

You will be offered the most affordable rate based on one of the following carriers: Purolator, UPS, FedEx, GLS or Canada Post (remote areas) – **Please note that due to the Canada Post strike, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please contact us if you wish to pick up your order.

5. Order tracking

An email with tracking number is sent upon shipment. Contact us if not received.

6. Delivery address & corrections

Before ordering: Double-check all address fields. If there is an error, contact us with your invoice number.
Correction fee: $5 + tax

  • Incorrect zip code
  • Missing apartment number
  • Typing errors

7. Product shipment

Ground shipping from our warehouse. Charges apply for orders over 100 lbs.
Signature and insurance required for orders over $100 before taxes.

8. Order receipt

  • Before use: inspect the package thoroughly
  • Problem: contact us within 2 working days
  • Damaged parcel: take photos, refuse delivery, note damage

9. Treatment & follow-up

  • Confirmation by e-mail after purchase
  • Shipping notification with tracking number(s)
  • Contact us if no notification received

10. Processing & shipping times

  • Processing: preparation, packaging, loading (1 to 2 days during working days)
  • Shipping: depending on product, location, weather, etc.

11. Estimated lead times

Between 3 and 10 business days. Estimate displayed in cart. Delivery times are approximate, provided by the carrier. We are not responsible for any delays. *If you need your order quickly, select “in-store pickup” and we will contact you to schedule an appointment.

12. Expedited delivery & pick-up

  • Available for certain products (e.g., water pumps, pressure tanks) – contact us for more information.
  • Same-day pickup by appointment (between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., weekdays)
  • Well pumps are not currently available for delivery.

13. Holiday deadlines

Order in advance to avoid delays. Delivery is not available on public holidays.

14. Out of stock

Out of stock products available on reservation, otherwise we will contact you. Inventory updated daily.

15. Expedited delivery charges

Non-refundable in the event of delays beyond our control.
