What is a constant pressure controller?

A control box for pumps is an electrical device that starts the pump motor. Designed specifically for water systems, optimized for constant pressure.

The controllers offer unique features like:

  • Provides consistent water pressure throughout an entire system
  • Eliminates pressure fluctuations
  • Protect motors from incorrect amount of voltage and water-filled tanks
  • Soft start
  • Maximizes pump system service life
  • Advanced filtering to remove radio frequency interference

  • Install the control box in a dry, safe place, protected from the elements.
  • Make sure the control box is properly grounded to avoid electric shock.
  • The control box must be properly maintained and inspected regularly for signs of damage or malfunction.
  1. Make sure the control box is installed correctly and securely.
  2. Connect the control box to the water pump motor.
  3. Make sure the control box voltage matches the pump voltage.
  4. Make sure the control box is equipped with the features you need.
  5. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to configure the control box.

During maintenance, the pressure tank is recalibrated and the controller cleaned using compressed air.
