If so, here are the steps to follow:<\/h3>\n<ol class=\"astuces-counter\">\n<li>Be sure to reset your pump&#8217;s circuit breaker. To do this, you must close it completely and restore the power (switch to ON).<\/li>\n<li>If you have a pressure switch with a low-level trigger, i.e. a small metal arm as shown in the photo below, you may have emptied your hydropneumatic reservoir and the pressure has dropped too low (below 20 psi). So try repriming your submersible pump.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n<style>\n#col-458409365 > .col-inner {\n  padding: 20px 20px 20px 20px;\n}\n<\/style>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"is-divider divider clearfix\" ><\/div>\n<div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-292868545\">\n\n\t<div id=\"col-254222514\" class=\"col small-12 large-12\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t<div class=\"is-border\"\n\t\tstyle=\"border-color:rgba(89, 148, 151, 0.244);border-width:1px 1px 1px 1px;\">\n\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n<h3 id=\"terrain\">Have you watered your yard recently (last 24 hours)?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>You may have emptied your artesian well, so follow these steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol class=\"astuces-counter\">\n<li>Start by turning off your circuit breaker and let your artesian well rest for a minimum of 6 to 24 hours.<\/li>\n<li>If your submersible pump runs after the downtime and you have water again, you now know that your artesian well may dry up and you will need to be careful with your usage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Still no water? Follow the next steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol class=\"astuces-counter\">\n<li>Make sure you don&#8217;t have a low-level pressure switch.<\/li>\n<li>If you have one, refer to the article: <a href=\"https:\/\/pompemdg.com\/en\/how-to-do-your-low-pressure-switch\/\">How to reset your low-level pressure switch<\/a>. If not, proceed to the next step.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>After these steps, you still have no water?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol class=\"astuces-counter\">\n<li>Check the water level in your artesian well by opening the well cover and dropping an ice cube inside.<\/li>\n<li>Count the seconds that pass before you hear the ice cube hit the water. Each second is equivalent to between 24 and 28 feet.<\/li>\n<li>This will determine your water level, so you&#8217;ll know if your artesian well is filling up and how fast it&#8217;s filling up.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n<style>\n#col-254222514 > .col-inner {\n  padding: 20px 20px 20px 20px;\n}\n<\/style>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"is-divider divider clearfix\" ><\/div>\n<div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-1594704603\">\n\n\t<div id=\"col-1138228072\" class=\"col small-12 large-12\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t<div class=\"is-border\"\n\t\tstyle=\"border-color:rgba(89, 148, 151, 0.244);border-width:1px 1px 1px 1px;\">\n\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n<h3 id=\"temperature\">What&#8217;s the temperature outside (between -20 and -35 degrees Celsius)? Do you have a heating wire?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Have you connected your heating wire?
