aria-level=\"1\">When the pressure in the house is at zero, if the tank is heavy and you hear water inside when you move it.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The pump often starts and stops as soon as water is taken in (the normal cycle should last between 30 sec. and 60 sec., the longer the better).<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The water is dirty when the pump starts.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">There is zero psi in the tank and it is full, due to the complete stretching of the balloon: we recommend replacement.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The tank leaks, presence of rust,
